High pressure laminate

High pressure laminate is water-resistant plywood with a thickness of 16 mm, plastic lining of 0.7 mm and edged PVC with a thickness of 2 mm. Its advantage is the optimum price-performance ratio. It withstands a mechanical exposure, and is resistant to short-term effects of non concentrated acids, alkalis and organic solvents.

High pressure laminate is relatively resistant to humidity is not recommended, therefore long-term thermal exposure is not recommended. There are no a rail.

Ceramic granite

Ceramic granite has a high resistance to chemical, thermal and mechanical stress. It is more effective than laminated covers and covers made of stainless steel. Ceramic granite is resistant to a prolonged exposure to high temperatures.

Its disadvantage is not resistance to dynamic loads. The surface is framed with a stainless steel rim.

Special chemically-resistant plastic LABGRADE

Special chemically-resistant plastic LABGRADE is made by "Abet Laminati" company (Italy). It has a high resistance to high temperatures, aggressive media and to a surface damage, boasts a good resistance to water absorption and affects of steam. It is resistant to heating up to 200°C.

Plastic LABGRADE is a self-extinguishing material, and allocates a minimum amount of smoke in an open flame. It possesses a resistance to mechanical stresses, and is easily cleaned by traditional methods of cleaning. LABGRADE is an antistatic material and this surface is non-toxic.

The material may be used with food products. There are no a rail.

Polypropylene

Polypropylene is made by Plastifer company (Italy), and is characterized by a high chemically resistance. It is excellent cleaned and can used with any disinfections. Polypropylene is absolutely water-resistance.

Using polypropylene you must avoid its contact with materials at temperatures above 90 ° C. it has a low abrasion resistance and a low electrical charge. There is a table top with a side is of the same material.

Quarella stone

Artificial Quarella stone is manufactured in Italy and consists of quartz (95%) and polyester resin (5%). It has a smooth surface without any seams. Quarella has a high chemically resistance to a lot of aggressive chemicals used in a laboratory practice.

Its physicochemical properties are not inferior to the strength of stone but it has no inherent porosity of the stone. Quarella is resistant to both low and high temperature (up to 300C). There are no a rail.

Polymer composites DURCON (produced in the U.S.)

Polymer composites based on epoxy resins DURCON (produced in the U.S.) has a perfectly smooth surface without seams, it has a monolithic structure. DURCON has a high chemical resistance to most aggressive chemicals used in a laboratory practice. Due to its strong polymer compounds DURCON composite is strong as stone, but it has no porosity and water absorption.
